Candling EggsWithYour
Cell Phone Flashlight

Enclosed are two photos: there is one egg that is not fertile
which looks clear and the other that is fertile with lines of life
and redness throughout the egg.
It’s always a good idea to look over the eggs so as to not
waste a pair of breeders sitting and wasting time on nothing
that will not hatch.
After the hen lays her second egg I usually check the eggs
about 7 days later to see if they look good. I use my cell phone
flashlight at times to make sure I get a good view.
Good Luck and Happy Breeding!•
